Kathleen Roskos

Kathleen: A Journey of Transformation through Yoga

Kathleen embarked on her yoga journey in 2001, initially drawn to Ashtanga before delving into the transformative depths of Anusara Yoga. Her dedication led her to New York City, where she studied with Anusara teachers in an Immersion. Then continued on to Level 1 and Level 2 trainings under the guidance of renowned teacher John Friend, alongside numerous workshops with esteemed Anusara instructors.

Driven by her passion for yoga, Kathleen pursued rigorous training, completing a 200-hour program at Dig Yoga and advancing to a 300-hour training with the esteemed Sianna Sherman, who became her teacher. Her thirst for knowledge and growth propelled her through two additional 200-hour trainings and another 300-hour program, supplemented by several online 300-hour courses.

In 2022, Kathleen reached a pivotal moment in her journey as she was initiated as a Priestess by Sianna Sherman, marking a significant spiritual milestone. Yoga has been more than a practice for Kathleen—it has been a catalyst for profound personal transformation. She approaches her studies and practice with a deep reverence, grateful for the guidance of her many teachers and the community she has encountered along the way.

Filled with gratitude, Kathleen eagerly anticipates the opportunity to give back and serve her community, inspired by the profound impact yoga has had on her life.
